Nice apartments. However 2 yrs after moving out we discovered the company had put in our credit report that we owed them money. They never contacted us while we had the same phone numbers and same job. The managment in the corporate office refuses to return our phone calls. We asked them to explain and fix this problem for more then two weeks and Belinda will not even come to the phone.Unprofessional
My boyfriend and I are expecting a child and were trying to find a place to live together as a family. Since I dont make alot of money and the rent is income based we thought it would be perfect. The exterior looked fabulous and the land lady seemed really nice and helpful. Only one year old, seems to be quiet and I checked at different times of the day and week. They have on sight managemet very friendly, very nice pool, and lobby with big comfy seating area with big TV, for entertaining I would presume. I was told there was a workout room also. This helps for those that want to work out but can not afford the cost of the gym like me. Nice floor plans, 3 bed. 2 bath, with W/D hook up and not in the kitchen! I GOT A ONE YEAR LEASE THERE AT THE RIDGE OF LAKE HAMILTON, I WAS PRESSURED BY THE LANDLORD TO RE-SIGN FOR THE SECOND YEAR WAY BEFORE MY LEASE WAS UP, THE LANDLORD NEVER INFORMED ME I COULD GO MONTH TO MONTH OR I WOULD HAVE KNOWING THAT I WAS GOING TO BUY A HOUSE THAT YEAR. WHEN I TOLD HER I DID BUY MY HOUSE 3 MONTHS BEFORE MY LEASE WAS UP SHE INFORMED ME THAT IF I COULD GET OUT AT A CERTAIN DAY (WHICH I DID) SHE COULD RENT THE APARTMENT OUT IMMEDIATELY AND I WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY OUT MY LEASE..
