I'm casually optimistic. After a series of untrained managers and decline in the overall condition of the complex, we have a new manager Allisha Hubbard. She is on it. Also Resident Advisor Jessica. Thanks. The food pantry was so great and soo needed. It's my belief that folks will follow the rules IF they know the rules. This is a Family complex. Let's put children first.
The Ridge has turned into a real ghetto. The manager is too busy making " friends" to enforce the rules that make the Ridge apartments a safe place for children and seniors. The contracts I signed are useless.
RATS! Forget about having a garden on your deck. Forget about keeping your children and yourself safe. This is place is mean.
