Great price and location. Haley is a fantastic manager and will do anything to make your home comfortable for you. Douglas is a very good maintenance man and is right there if you need anything repaired. No bugs or mice. If tenants have a problem, all they have to do is tell Haley and she will send an exterminator out immediately. AC's are fixed asap. Area is cleaned once a day. Pool is sparkling. I love my neighbors and The Ridge Apartments and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I moved from Houston in October and am so g... read more

Reasonable price and nice manager but has mice and bugs, AC problems every six months, and people steal stuff off of our patio. Other tenants are nice but noisy. We will probably move soon.
