After 5 years of living here, with heavy heart I had to move on. Without hesitation I can call this place a home. I’ll be missing the breathtaking mountain views from my window, proximity to shops, parks, entertainment. Jessica and Ciera were always there to help and from my experience they were very responsive to any concerns I had. Now, there were issues along the way like delayed garage door fixes, gym treadmills taking long to fix, trash rooms being littered but usually that got taken care of. So far, I am loving living at The Ridge! Huge shoutout to Jessica, she’s been amazing throughout the entire process. So helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. Couldn’t be happier with my new home.
I have never had a more pleasant experience with an apartment leasing office staff. Everyone is so nice and great to work with. Professional, informative, friendly. Straightforward pricing, beautiful apartments, and the complex is very well taken care of. Looking forward to living here! 2 month update: very quiet complex and don't typically see my neighbors. I honestly would not recommend living here to anyone. The “luxurious look” is really just cheaply made and everything breaks. The community is not safe, as you can see from other reviews, and the neighbors are obnoxious. The amount of times my packages have been stolen, is ridiculous. If you want to lay in bed at night and hear your neighbors having conversations (because the walls are so paper thin) then this is the place for you.
