Representative who called regarding details of apartments seemed to want to discourage me instead of encouraging me to move in! I want to thank her because I can only imagine 1 year of tolerating unwelcoming residency! #prejudging🤬
The apartment size is great for the price which was a selling point for me. The location is fairly quiet. Unfortunately what I didn’t know is how thin the walls are. If you live in the front of the building you can hear people going up the stairs and it sounds like a stampede. Not to mention you can hear your upstairs neighbors having “adult time” or when they do anything including using the restroom. They nickel and dime every small thing so don’t believe the “regular wear and tear” clause on the lease. Personally would stay away from Noneman Real Estate as a whole after my experience.
