One of the things I appreciated about Rick was his keeping communication alive - I always knew where we were in the sale effort - I was selling my home in West Salem’s SalemTowne senior community - I would like to say he is a consummate professional that allows you to feel secure in an environment that is unfamiliar - I would give him a 5 Star rating. Rick did a wonderful job selling our home in a difficult market. He helped us prepare the home for sale without over spending. He was very organized and responsive and was never pushy. He arranged many viewing and when the right person came along, he negotiated successfully allowing closure of the sale. Rick is AMAZING!!! He helped me all the way through buying my first home, stood up to some shady sellers and their shadier realtor for me. The inspector, and other resources, he recommended were equally honest and upstanding people/companies. Bottom line... He cares about his people.
