Sold three houses simultaneously with two other agents with no problem. Terrible experience with this one-the cheapest house. Extremely disappointed at Rick Borrelli. It was our own fault for blindly trusting. I ended up doing the negotiation myself and babysitting the agent and his assistant until closing -this is exactly what the agent’s commission is paid for. If that wasn’t for my own negotiation skills we would have lost thousands of dollars. You would think with 30+ years of “experience” there would be more than 4 good... read more
