My 2019 Honda Civic needed some attention, so I took it to Rice Patch. These folks speak fluent Honda. Quick repair, fair price, and no unnecessary drama—just honest, efficient service. My Civic is happy, my wallet survived, and I’m not complaining. That’s a five-star combo.
Would not recommend. I paid this shop to replace my gas tank, but the work was done incorrectly. When I brought concerns to their attention, they repeatedly told me everything was fine. After taking my vehicle to a Honda dealership for a second opinion, I was informed that the previous repair work had been done improperly and was the cause of my ongoing issues. Their poor workmanship has now cost me thousands of dollars in additional repairs. Extremely disappointed with the quality of work and lack of honesty.
Josh and his crew are simply amazing...Years ago I was referred to Josh he worked on my 09 pilot sadly it was totaled then I purchased a 06 ridgeline he has been the only mechanic to touch my truck! The skills and knowledge he and his crew have are outstanding and prices and labor are cheaper than any other honda mechanic..bonus Josh is a fine christian who puts God first and takes care of his customers continually even if it's years in between.Thank you for all you do!!!!
Be careful dealing with The Rice Patch, Honda Specialties LLC. These guys don’t seem to know what they’re doing. They tried to purchase parts just to test, and it was a big waste of time. They’re unorganized and not very helpful. I’d recommend being cautious before doing business with them.
