The food is outstanding!
Per my wife's experience last night, it was our families last time eating at either location. There's a certain level of customer service that we as patrons for the last three years have come to expect and last night just didn't meet those expectations. The person answering the phone or at the counter is the first line of service and when they give a paying customer much attitude, we just take our business where we feel it is appreciated.
Even though the food is good, customer service is terrible at the Cross Keys location!! Cindy failed to tell me when I called my order in that I needed to pay cash. Upon arriving, waited in line for 10 min and was then told I needed cash. No apologies or anything! Had to leave to go to ATM and come back! Unacceptable!!!
