The team as a whole is pretty easy to work with. There are some things like communication that would earn maybe just 3 to 4 stars, but there are other things that they went above and beyond a 5 star rating, like helping me post sale with contractor contacts and advice on a house that has nothing to do with them. Those are things that I didn't expect as much effort and advice about, especially when it didn't exactly benefited them. Taking the time out to help me there, to me it just shows that these are just good folks.
