Excellent steak dinner.
I’m so happy we discovered The Rex. The restaurant is inspired by the legendary Rex, a luxurious transatlantic ocean liner, and even the interior makes you feel like you’re on board a grand ship. On the way to the restroom, there’s even a hallway that shares the fascinating history behind the Rex, which was a really nice touch. Very disappointing experience, especially for the price. We visited on a Monday, and it appeared that there was only one server handling the entire restaurant. We had to call her over several times, first to place our order and later to ask when the food would arrive because it was taking a long time. The whole meal took far longer than expected and became frustrating. The French onion soup was not authentic.
