I've been living in my 2 bedroom apartment in the Nakama building for 2 months now and I'm very happy with it. Miami, the apartment manager was great to work with. I live with a medically fragile adult and had a difficult time finding a place with no stairs. The first floor entrance with elevator and single floor living is perfect. Beautiful apartment with great views! Since no place is perfect, I did encounter a couple maintenance issues and one of the windows was broken, but Kenya was very quick to address them and help! I am hoping that they will be resolved as soon as possible. Otherwise it’s a nice place to live in!

These apartments are stunning and close to everything in the city! Miami is also amazing in property management and on top of everything.
