When I first started renting a space here everything was great! Unfortunately, the problem came when I went to leave. I was told very different things in my tour that turns out- was differing in my contract! Straight lied to my face. It’s definitely my fault for not reading the contract and believing the lady who gave me a tour. Unfortunate. I’ve been a tenant for going in a month now and all of my years of doing services and trying out places in Jacksonville has never been better than it is now! The staff/ owners are so pleasant and professional. It took me months to find a place and I came across them last min from an Instagram add. If you think it’s to good to be true….. it’s not when your dealing with people who actually care about the success of your growing business, and THEY CARE! This is the 3rd salon suite I’ve rented from and they are the absolute best. The lobby and building is so beautiful, stylish and well-kept. It is locally owned and the owners are attentive, friendly, and so professional! I love working among other stylists that care about their clients and business as much as I care about mine. My clients also love coming here because it feels like a day spa, and the location is convenient and quiet. 5 stars!!

Where do so start! I’ve been a tenant at the Retreat Salon+Spa Suites for 9months now. Prior to me finding this luxurious space, I had my sights set out on a brick and mortar. I am so happy I chose the Retreat instead. The ambiance is unmatched, the free towel service is a plus! The Professionalism and upkeep of the facility is TOP TIER! I’m not sure if I’ll ever leave!
