Derrick was awesome in his efforts to show me what was possible at the Banning Ranch Retreat. He picked up on what was important to me and even laughed at some of the things I liked and disliked i.e. hated color blue, must have Starbucks close etc. I am confident I will love my new home.
If you're looking to buy an Oakwood home, I highly recommend Derrick. We have purchased two homes through him, and he has consistently impressed us. He listens carefully, is very responsive to all our questions, and always answers the phone. Over time, he has become a friend.
