You may want to think twice if you're thinking about moving to the Retreat. They're seriously considering changing their grill policy to no grills at all for residents due to an unfounded complaint from a resident. The following is a quote from the business manager in a letter she wrote. "We are asking for your assistance in finding a way that you can prevent this from happening by moving your BBQ grill to an area that will not cause this to happen. The apartments are beautiful, spacious n newly renovated and very well maintained , upscale neighborhood. the staff at the leasing office are very , friendly .... All Maintainence team very helpful n available promptly
Love The Retreat and all the wonderful friendly people I've met. Irene and her staff are wonderful! So sad the pools closing on Monday! Until next summer.
