Good place to live and friendly staff.
I lived here for a year, and overall, the apartment was decent. The unit itself was nice, and the complex was visually appealing. However, my experience was marred by a couple of significant issues. First, there was a break-in at our garage, where items like my Blackstone grill, $300 gas can holders, camping supplies, and other belongings were stolen. A good quiet place to live. Friendly staff and great service if repairs are needed. Very clean and well maintained
If you expect to get good value for your overprice rent, this is not the place. The common areas near the office and pool are nice and well maintained. Other areas not that great (you can see the same trash for weeks). My apartment was above the car garages, so when my neighbor started the car at 5am the whole kitchen will shake and wake me up. Not satisfied with what I was paying for here and left as soon as I could. Withheld my deposit on moving out. Then put a collection on my credit file for a very small amount I didn't actually owe. Very dishonest business practices. Landlords have all the money, layers and power. Do not pay these slum lords astronomical rent to live here and expose yourself to their chicanery!
