I've left numerous messages to inquire about these apartments and have yet to be contacted. That's been about 4 months ago now to hear back about an apartment
Absolutely gorgeous units. Multiple room options. Beautiful cabinets, floors, counters. Includes washer, dryer, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave. Each apartment has a garage and 1 parking spot outdoor (no assigned). The business center is peaceful stocked with coffee and treats usually. Don’t do it! You will regret it! We stayed 3 months and couldn’t get out of the least without paying over $5,000!! We had NO lights in the apartment. 3 of the 3 rooms had zero lights and they tell you if you want lights you have to buy your own! Parking is zero. Literally 3 parking spots in the front by the office for the entire complex for guests! You will pay extra bills! the water divided between all renters for the pool/fountains/sprinklers.. on top of the over priced rent. Our car was towed from in front of our apartmen... read more
Its okay here. Not enough spaces for visitors for the nearly 100 residents that live here. Other than that its been good living here.
This place is a scam. Our apartment didn’t have ceiling lights and the management told us to install our own. Also our washer and dryer went out. We tried to get out of the lease early due to all the issues and they threatened to send us to collections. Never go here
