We lived here for 2 years at our 2 apartment home, and although we enjoyed it for the most part (maintenance is really good here), the 1 star review is due to our experience at move out. We worked hard to clean the apartment upon moving out, and while I understand there are a few things we may have overlooked, I was still flabbergasted when I saw the cleaning fee. The two-bedroom units are very spacious and offer a lot of room. The manager and staff are very friendly, and the property is well maintained. It has a nice, high-end feel to it.
This place is the worst! There is No visitor parking and they tow cars all the time. They change their policies at the drop of a hat. Do not rent here!
I've left numerous messages to inquire about these apartments and have yet to be contacted. That's been about 4 months ago now to hear back about an apartment
Absolutely gorgeous units. Multiple room options. Beautiful cabinets, floors, counters. Includes washer, dryer, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave. Each apartment has a garage and 1 parking spot outdoor (no assigned). The business center is peaceful stocked with coffee and treats usually.
