Currently my maintenance requests are being ignored. Plumbing issues making it impossible to use kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine, or it floods the floors of the kitchen. It's been almost 2 weeks since I first requested help. They even told me they would come last week, 5 days ago now, and no one has come out. Until I start getting better maintenance and management responses this will continue to be a 1 star review
Made an appointment to tour an apartment. Came all the way from Addison and when we got there we were told they aren’t touring because it was raining outside. It was barely drizzling, and we got no notice, no call, no text, nothing. Don’t bother.
Don’t even bother putting in an application save your money they will tell you your approved then not give you a call about the apartment to view. I guess it takes a month to clean a apartment out but I’m assuming that’s due to all the other reviews about roaches and bugs
Mackenzie in the office is awesome. Always there to help and always in a good mood. Would recommend the property to anyone and would recommend they see Mackenzie specifically
I moved in with the old team on high alert now and many undone maintenance orders now that the new team has taken over and helped me revive the love I had for the property I am overjoyed and fully content . Makenzie and Katie and especially their team manager has had all focus on upgrading and elevating my experience and I am greatful with my move .
