The entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free from start to finish. McKenzie, Sturdy, and April were all very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout everything. I LOVE THE STAFF AT THE RETREAT!! Mackenzie is the best property manager (or Assistant Manager I think… don’t get me lying!) I have ever experienced! They are gonna get me because I’m horrible at names BUT the Property Manager herself was amazing TOO!! She helped me get everything correct after I made mistakes on my end and it all worked out amazing!! Was horrible, worse place I've ever lived in my life. They raised the rent all the time and never fixed anything. DO NOT move there
Mackenzie was a great leasing agent helped me with everything I needed to have a smooth moving process And Sterling was also helpful in closing the deal and making sure everything was complete and I was satisfied with my choice to move here
