RecommendedWe loved living here! Property was lovely and improving daily, neighbors were kind, area was peaceful. Loved walking to dinner and the stores nearby. Maintenance guys were super nice. Most of all, we loved everyone who worked in the office- so kind and helpful. The community parties and activities they hosted were a fun bonus. It was a sad day when we had to move elsewhere (closer to work), but we will always cherish our time in what we think are the very best apartments in PTC.
You DO NOT want to live here. It takes maintenance weeks to respond to requests. I currently have 3 requests that have not been taken care of. One of these requests I put in a month ago and have been promised on 3 different occasions that it would be taken care of that day. Last time maintenance was in my apartment I came home to find 1/2 my lights on and my front door unlocked. I have emailed and sent complaints to management and also corporate about this.
