RecommendedI’m a resident at the retreat and the staff has been exceptional! They help out whenever you need something and extremely professional! I would highly recommend this apartment complex and the staff. Hands-down the most professional people I’ve ever been involved with Chloe, crystalyn, Lacy, and the rest are all exceptional.
unfair management practices
If you enjoy being over billed, incorrectly billed, having maintenance requests sat of two weeks and not complete. This is the place for you!
Unfriendly staff and they over bill their tenants by adding additional fees and hidden fees. The rent is really high for the geographical area as well.
We recently moved out due to the noise! Dogs downstairs barked off an on all day. When we complained, we didn't any response. Turns out the lady downstairs works there. We have sent multiple emails and no responses.
Thank you friendly team from the leasing office! We appreciate the service crew and their great efforts to keep The Retreat welcoming and very attractive. How we enjoy all the amenities. Our apartment home is quiet and we enjoy the peaceful cart/bike paths near us. Cheers!!
Lived here 6 years and never had a problem. Love my apartment and being close to shopping and work :-) :-) :-)
Just recently released again !!! I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. If you want peace and quite and a beautiful oasis , The Retreat is the place to be. Landscaping always nicely manicured . Pool & gym area are always nice & clean. Can’t bet trash valet & free car wash area. Having a lake & and a golf cart trails behind The Retreat apts. are a huge bonus.
