I have been living at The Retreat Frederick location coming up on two years. Every time I needed anything Steve & Cliff have always taken the time to provide an exceptional client experience. Anytime I have submitted a ticket for anything it is usually taken care of within 1-2 days respectively. I was away on a business trip recently. Before I left I had requested to have my door fixed or replaced due to previous tenant.
