Every question I had asked via email was answered very quickly. Carly has done a great job working with me with everything. Promote her now! So Far So Good with everything and with my apartment.
heat comes on when we dont need it. freezing when we do. leasing office answers no calls or maintenance requests. my closets been off since last year,fridge makin noise, mold everywhere, door framing falling off. terrible service to tenants. they wonder why i dont care about paying on time.

CrossPoint needs to follow the recommendation of the Texas Apartment Association, the city of El Paso, and those of Federal and State governments that they work with tenants struggling due to covid-19. They should in good conscience stop charging daily fees for late payment. Tenants want to pay rent and are trying to pay but with daily late charges it makes it impossible.
RecommendedGreat apartments lived there half a year and never had a problem very clean apt and it’s at a perfect distance from everything neighbors are very nice too never had problems with any neighbor and I would like to live here again
