The complex is very spacious...nice ambience...the neighbors all seemed relaxed and friendly. Here visiting my sister .im from Kansas and this is very nice. Love the complex carwash ideas..never seen that at any apartment thats an awesome idea.

I used to work nearby so the location of the apartments is really good with access to publix,target,etc. nice centralized location for school districts. Car wash area, pool, gym, tennis courts are maintained well but kids play area needs to be renovated. Rent is also a bit high when compared to the neighbour hood. renovated apartments are nice but some of the old Camden apartments has tiny roaches.
Found the apartment on their website left a message after day and a half no one called so I took the time to stop at this apartment and I went into get a quote on the apartment and they said there was a glitch with their website that hasn't been corrected yet but their prices are about $500 higher than what they posted on the web and all they could say is I'm sorry we had a glitch in our system sounds like a real bait and switch
Megan was great! But, do not trust them! Due to the invalid quote number given to me, I lost my chance to apply to the unit I wanted to move in. I left the message twice because of the invalid quote number. However they did not reply. Do not trust their answering system. They do not seem to care customers.
I am happy to call this my home. Office and maintenance staff are very friendly and professional. Any maintenance issues have been fixed quickly. This is a very quite and safe community, I would recommend it everyone I know.
I just hate this community from last 1 year under retreat management. I was with this community since 2010 and moved between apartments in the same community during the years, as i was really happy with the staff and service there.I feel Camden staff are much polite than these Retreat Staff.
