I've lived here a year this is the 5th management. A pond is made by rain that smells like sewage & my windows can't be open. New mgmt raised the rent $189 which wasn't in my lease. Trashcans have bedbug infested furniture. Needed maintenance for 2 wks no show. All the knobs on cabinets fall off. This is one of the most horrible places I've ever lived. Its slumlord & taking advantage of poor people. There is also no where to park
