This place has a cockroach infestation in the walls
I moved out of the complex 7 weeks ago. I only stayed one week due to the conditions. I have been calling for weeks regarding my security deposit and every time the staff gives me a different answer as to why I haven’t received it. Corporate has never returned my calls or emails from 2 weeks ago.
We have had a great experience love living here , office personal are great make us feel so welcomed every time we walk in to the office and when I call will try to help in the best way !!! The apartment we got was very well token care of haven’t had no big problems . Thanks retreat at fitzsimons for doing such a great job !!!
WORST COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED IN! We move in almost two months ago and I saw the ratings so I came to check out the complex a couple times and thought well it’s not in the best or worst area and it would be okay! WAS I WRONG OR WHAT!!!! 1-We moved in with a broken AC unit! Which took 3 weeks to get a new one, my baby got a heat rash and then ALL THE SUDDEN they we able to put a brand new unit out of the box 30 min after us having to tell them about my baby’s rash 2- the fridge is a total piece of garbage! I lived here for a little over a year now and I really have no complaints. I'm the resident that rents out parking spot 4 and 5 I am Handicapped with a handicapped plate and I work with developmentally disabled adults. I was just given a heads up that the towing company might tow me because I am double parked ON MY OWN SPOTS I have already been towed once before they did return it though I have a good sense of humor without a car all day. And now I need to park in just one spot why? So someone else can park in my paid spot? ... read more
This place is an absolute joke I am a resident when I first moved in the apartment was dirty second of all when it rained in the courtyard the water puddle that turned into a pond then turned into a cesspool stunk so bad that I couldn’t even leave any of my windows open they change the rules constantly the fitness center is only open when the office is open because you know normal adults work during the day and want to work out at night but no it’s closed same thing with the pool if the office is closed the pool is close now... read more
