Awful. DO NOT LIVE HERE. the guest parking is a mess and they expect you to park off site if it is full which 95% of the time the residents that live on sight park in it

There are sooooo many reasons why The Retreat at College Station was the absolute worst place to live! It began when we moved in and there were drugs and guns laying around from the current renter. Doors were missing from the hinges and the fire alarm had been removed. The place was filthy dirty too. That was day one! The management did not care AT ALL. We had signed the lease months earlier and had to deal with it. I could go on and on but you probably get the idea. Don’t live there!!

As a resident for almost two years, I have had numerous and seemingly endless problems with The Retreat. Most recently, and arguably the most outrageous, a new tenet was going to be moving into my apartment. Amid a national crisis and pandemic of which is promoting isolation and quarantine, this seemed like the most inappropriate and ignorant thing that the management could do. On Friday, March 20, two hours before closing for the weekend, we were notified that in a matter of...Continue Reading

The Retreat used to be a great place to live, until the new management came and messed it all up. Everything from the customer service to the parking policy is absolutely horrible. They have great amenities and great staff at the front entrance, but the management really sucks! My roommate got his car towed OUTSIDE OUR OWN HOUSE. These people don’t give two craps about their residents. Retreat yourself and don’t live here. Management sucks.

The Retreat implemented a parking system that’s absolutely horrible. I’m a resident and my car got towed from right in front of my apartment because I forgot to put my tag up, even though it’s registered in their system as my car. When the policy was first implemented, the registration was communicated as a way to avoid this very situation. I was told the Retreat couldn’t do anything about it and that the towing company had access to the list of registered vehicles but “doesn’t check it”. I do not recommend living there whil... read more

Crappy houses with 1 star management The retreat management is horrible. They have a “parking policy” that involves a towing company that they claim they set protocols for but they really have no control over. This results in residents cars getting towed and the retreat management doing absolutely nothing about it. Overall I would say don’t sign here unless you are ok with a management that does not care about its residents whatsoever.
