The Pool is green right now. It has been closed several times for "repairs" Dog "waste" receptacles always overflowing and no "baggies" . Abandoned vehicles ( for months and even a year or more) in the spaces meant for residents. Increasing water and rent cost with no notice as the year progresses. In speaking with multiple residents, most are unhappy with the decline in the appearance of the common areas, stray cats and working amenities.

WOW!! What amazing customer service. I have been living here since Oct 2015. I have never had any issues, & the place is alway so well kept. I wanted to write this review to give you an example of how things get done @ The Retreat at Cinco Ranch. The unit under me saw that I had a water leak. I was contacted & asked if they could go into my apt to find the leak. Long story short, by the time I got home THE SAME DAY....the leak was found, fixed, walls were patched up/painted, tiles replaced....& I couldn't even tell where the... read more
