Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. Extremely poor performance when it comes to communication and management of properties and tenants. Impossible to get a hold of via phone or in person. Delayed and inaccurate correspondence over email. Lack of integrity, poor follow through on simple tasks. ERP and client interface systems do not work well. Late announcements with inadequate information and reactionary measures. They do not plan, don’t pro act. It is amazing how companies like this one stay in business. 👎👎👎👎👎
The Staff at The Retreat are horrible. I have been a resident for a month and I am still not set up to retrieve my UPS boxes out of their kiosk system. I have called, emailed to no avail. I have outlets that don't work, they pulled up the cable line, so I am unable to get wifi or cable until June 10th and the thermostat is lose. I wish I had never moved here. It's going to be a long year here.
We lived here before and this was the worst experience possible. The management doesn't care , our apartment was broken into by the maintenance staff. We were advised by the police to move.... this place wasn't safe while placing the report. The list can go on ... let me not forget the security guy was beaten and left at the back of the place . Any place you see more than two stars for this place is a lie! Oh, yeah ...a ghost lived in ours ....( no joke ) . Never bothered me but the kids and my wife witnessed it . Living und... read more
If you can avoid it, please do. There are far better places for the amount of rent that you'd pay here.
