These apartments are very spacious, have large closets, love the grey walls and woodlook floors. Pleasant place to live. I encourage you to come look for yourselves. Going to miss this place. Lots of hard working people live here and it's been great getting to know them all. Well kept pools, parking is a little tight in some areas but it's a big place. I am a past resident twice, and am considering moving back again. I absolutely loved each apartment. They are roomy and great for the price!

Worst complex! They don't take care of the roach problem, someone has only sprayed a couple of times, and never came back. They sent out a letter about noise, but yet the OFFICE was playing loud music the other night. During the weekday! Office is rude. The price of rent is not worth it.

We are trying to get all 328 units sprayed but from time to time we have residents that do not comply and it makes it difficult to get some units under control. If you will please call the office, I will be happy to come to your apartment to discuss with you your scheduled extermination dates. As far as the loud music, I am sorry if it disturbed you. Current resident and they try to be friendly but I've had a handful of complaints that they don't meet the needs of fixing (maintenance wise), and bug problems. They've sent out letters about people taking up two parking spaces and parking in a no parking zone stating they would be towed but it's still an every day/night problem to where you can't not even pull out. Sent out another letter for spraying for roaches, probably about over a month ago, and we have not seen anyone, told us a date but never even showed. We cannot w... read more
