"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE". This is the worst apartment complex I've ever stayed in when I first moved in me and my wife had to clean up the so called clean apartment that they supposedly cleaned you pay for pest control every month but you will probably see them about twice I had a really bad Nats and cockroaches problem which I've complained about until I was blue in the face the managers in the office are compulsive liars don't believe nothing they say especially the assistant manager get everything in writing my vehicle... read more

These ppl ran our info twice lied said we were approved charged me twice stole my money thank God we didn't ended up at the reyston property it's very nice new got approved the same day. Hunters cove is old out dated ghetto over charging crime rate is horrible.. Called the police department got a print out was advised not move there. will be taking them to small claims court. Trashy property they called me over and over for my money Amber ever body over there has there apartments in other ppl name dont work sell drugs. Again... read more

We are sorry you had such a bad experience at Hunters Cove with prior management/owners. I can say that we are under new ownership/managment now and have done our best to make Hunters Cove an enjoyable place to live. We have not had any issues that you spoke about since and hope to keep it that way. If you are ever in town please stop by, there have been many improvements.
A constant disappointment. Been living here for a couple years. Paying to live in an apartment that only has half the stove working (after putting in numerous work orders over the last couple years), and a garbage disposal that has had problems constantly. Things don't get fixed properly if they get fixed at all. I've waited more than a week to have the light bulb changed on the tall ceiling. They are updating things for potential customers, but can't be bothered with current people who pay their rent every month. Can't wait... read more
