My husband and I got couples massages today for our anniversary. It was AMAZING!!! Tramika and Keyara were phenomenal! Even saying that discredits them. I felt every ounce of stress fade away almost instantly. The technique, the oils, the stones, the advice on aftercare was far more than what I could have expected. My husband and I had an AMAZING couples massage today. Tremeca and Keyara were fantastic. They were professional, kind and their hands were magic! We can't wait to book our next appointment!
This was my first time at The Retreat, and I will definitely be back! It was such a relaxing and tranquil environment, and staff were all very polite and professional. I went in for a hot stone massage and facial. Keyara is truly gifted, she did an outstanding job! I feel 100% better and more relaxed. MJ was also great, my face has never been so soft! They paid close attention to detail and I left feeling refreshed. Overall, I would definitely recommend 10/10.
Today was my first time getting a massage and I think that Rebecca did a great job! The ambience is great and all of the staff members that I met were very nice. I will definitely go back again.
I received a gift certificate for Mother's Day for The Retreat. Under amount, it said "The Relaxation Experience." So when I called to schedule, I told her the package and said I wanted whatever is included in it. She scheduled me for a 60 minute facial rather than the included 30 minute facial. I was responsible for the difference when their employee was at fault. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.
Walked in with back and neck pain walked out with a refreshing happiness about myself.
The service was amazing from the moment I walked in the door. The setting was serene and the massage professional, Richard, was first class. We spoke before and after the service regarding expectations and preferences.
