Wonderful experience place had great lunch from la Madeline my message with hot stones was a great experience but I did request a deep message as well cause I had some knots in my back that needed extra care . The staff are professional and I will be back .setting was relaxing and comfortable

My husband is the Senior Pastor of a church near New Orleans. Because of COVID we have been sort of homebound. Livestreaming from home for Bible Study and Church. We needed a break, so I called The Retreat to schedule a couple's massage. We have been around the world and received many massages. However, the massage at The Retreat was the BEST we have ever received. The two ladies were very professional, kind and informative - Kini and Kiera. Thank you so much!
10/10 Wow!i It was FANTASTIC! The interior was super clean and the entire staff was so welcoming and nice! The staff did an AMAZING job with our massages and foot scrub. We feel so relaxed and rejuvenated! Not once did I feel unwanted or rushed out. I really hope to come back soon for another treat
I enjoyed a birthday massage by Keyara today. She provided a relaxing but effective massage, working through my normally-tense areas. She was amazing I will definitely be back
I had a lady named Kini and I highly recommend her !! She was amazing applied medium pressure like I asked and now she’s definitely my go to person !! Check out Kini you won’t be disappointed
This company is highly over rated and has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My husband attempted to reschedule my massage, which we had done several times in the past with this company, and not only did the employee hang up in his face, she said we would be charged full price for the massage without the opportunity of rescheduling. If I could’ve left no stars that would’ve been a more appropriate rating.

The business owner (not an employee) took your husband's call at 10:07 to cancel an appointment booked for 10:15. As it was explained upon booking and again when he called, a last-minute cancellation is treated as a no-show because that time cannot be reclaimed by another customer. The Retreat books up completely on Saturdays and routinely turns away customers that could have taken the time slot you reserved. It's never our goal to take payment without delivering services.
