Company is a joke. Where do I start. I’ll try and cliff note the numerous issues. This is all in my personal experience, opinion and/or true and correct. I was oversold in the beginning. All I wanted was a 5500 form to be caught up from late filing and the current year 2023 filed. I was mislead on costs, like another review here says they nickel and dime you. $10 technology fee really? On top of their other fees. IMO, this company is terrible. I share the frustrations of others. Responses from TRA are wholly inadequate, procedures are stupidly complex, and fees are outrageous. Has anyone explored an SEC complaint? Thanks. 1 star is one too many.
DO NOT USE THEM! This is a firm you pay to manage your retirement account, something fairly complicated and you trust that this firm will do their job and protect you from mistakes. We had an HCE clause in our agreement, so anyone that goes over a certain $ in compensation will not get the company match. Not only did they not catch this, they didn't catch it for almost another 2 YEARS after the fact in which they were still matching the person, leading us and the employee to lose straight-up over $14,000!
