I've been coming here since 2017, and I can honestly say that Dr. Kasi has always taken great care of me. I moved away for a few years, but when I came back, I didn't hesitate to return to him for my care. Just as always, he helped me without hesitation. The office is always clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They make every visit a positive experience. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism I've received over the years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
Dr. Minarcik is awesome, (A+)! Front desk staff is terrific, (A+)! Tech staff so-so, (C).
In terms of eye care, I have no complaints. Dr Minarcik is great. My wife has been seeing him for years. A week ago, I was a new patient. The support staff leaves much to be desired. I made an appointment about 6 weeks in advance. I confirmed that my insurance would be accepted before making the appointment. Literally 24 hours before my appointment, I was sent a link so I could "build my patient record." It included a medical history and submitting insurance information.
