Efficient, timely, friendly. Easy parking!
I am very disappointed with my experience at this eye doctor's office. I paid a $50 copay for my visit, but later received an additional bill for $91 out of pocket, and they also charged my insurance $999. The most frustrating part is that my eye problem was not resolved. I ended up seeking treatment from another eye specialist and had to pay for another visit. Because my English is not very good, I found Dr. Sheng online. From the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable and respected. He is extremely professional and incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly in a way I could understand. I later learned that Dr. Sheng is a retina specialist, but he did not limit his care to only his specialty.
