Great staff and really like Dr. Khanifer. Was able to schedule an appointment quickly, but the wait in the office could've been shorter. Overall great experience.
I needed a follow-up appointment with a retina specialist following my semi-annual optometrist visit--not urge but timely--and they suggested Retina Group of Washington. I live less than a mile from their Silver Spring location and got an appointment for several days following my initial phone call. My experience was quite satisfactory. My doctor, his name is Dr. Vu, simply the Best on point and we'll fight for you. That's what I love about him. He's very direct. Thank you Mr. David Hawkins
The doctor herself is professional, but almost all of the other staff are anything but. I've had receptionists hang up on be after I waited 10 hours for a call back and followed up, had receptionists guess at medication I should try and say "well, that's what the doctor will say", and had someone with my cart provide me with incorrect information. You may need to go there for an emergency, which I did, but I would try one of the other locations if you actually get to pick.
Could turn on the AC... was a little warm today. I heard a nurse complain the AC was not on during the summer.
