I hired Alex for tile resurfacing, and the experience was very disappointing. After completing the job, he told me not to enter the area until it dried. Once it had dried and I inspected the work, I found multiple pits and an uneven, poor-quality spray finish. Alex claims to be an expert, but the results looked amateur at best. I contacted him and asked that he return to fix the issues, but he never returned my phone calls or messages.
