We went for our anniversary dinner 6/20 - looking for a Michelin Star restaurant in Paso Robles - and the food, service, and atmosphere was good! It would have been a solid experience however there was a hair in the main pasta dish which at the Michelin Star level, should not have happened. There was no compensation or address from the Chef. The entire evening was a work of art. Everything was just incredible. The free EV charging was a nice bonus.
We had a truly memorable anniversary dinner at The Restaurant at Justin. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The food was exquisite—highlights included the halibut crudo, lamb, pasta, and a series of creative and delicious amuse-bouche selections.
