Our experience at this restaurant was underwhelming, especially considering the price and the reputation. The food simply wasn’t very good. Several dishes felt like the chef was trying to be creative for the sake of creativity, but the ingredients didn’t work together in a balanced way. This was an experience like no other. From the moment we were greeted and personally escorted in and introduced to the maitre’d, to the personal touches by staff and the chefs. The creative genius in the kitchen really connected us to a much bigger world as every little detail was sourced globally or grown by the chef. An excellent experience worthy of your highest expectations.
We went for our anniversary dinner 6/20 - looking for a Michelin Star restaurant in Paso Robles - and the food, service, and atmosphere was good! It would have been a solid experience however there was a hair in the main pasta dish which at the Michelin Star level, should not have happened. There was no compensation or address from the Chef.
