Willow Springs Apts Willow Springs apts have literally saved my life. I've been in financial difficulty for 2 and a half years, and when I moved into the apartments 2 and a half years ago, no one else would take me. They took a chance on me and I've been there ever since. I had no place to go, would have been homeless, but they gave me a chance and I've been in my own apartment. Because of them I am now eligible to upgrade if and when I choose to. They are life savers
