horrible. I currently live here. Wish I have knew more about this place and the area before I signed the contract. Don’t regiment it at all.
Absolutely worst place to live Very dirty, poorly managed and maintained. I've lived here over a year and nothing ever gets done. My A.C is always going out, my floors are torn, cabinets are broken, bathroom ceiling caved in from a leak and theirs mold!! Bad roach problems, and the worst part is I have been more than patient putting in work orders and waiting for it to be fixed yet nothing gets fixed. DO NOT EXPECT CLEANLINESS This place was a horrible experience, seriously, I wasn't expecting first class, but, I wasn't expecting to be locking myself into the slum of all slums either. This place is horribly managed, they're kool right up until you've signed your lease, then, you see who your really dealing with. The place is So roach infested, it seems like the pest controls spraying is just feeding the roaches. Bedbugs and Terrible Maintenance We've been here for 2 years now (very unfortunately).The bad experiences started almost immediately. When we first got into our apt the stove top didnt have the holders for the eyes (we had to go and buy) and there was a big red stain on the carpet in which we were told to use our money to get out (which didnt work) then our fridge went out after which we found a dead animal in the back that stunk once dethawed by the fridge going out. Willow Spring AKA The Resort on 27th As of right now I am currently still living here, I'll be out in Feb THANK GOD! I do not have the same issue but trust me you get what you pay for. Whatever problem you have, don't expect them to fix your issue right away or ever. This apartment is falling apart and after you move out they will be charging you with repairs because of it, I've seen this happen to a few tenant. DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR TENANTS!!! I moved into Willow Springs/The Resort on 27th Ave on March 1, 2016. Since March, I have never received a copy of my lease. Since March, my sliding glass door has not been fixed. Since March, my kitchen window does not lock and have come home several times to find the screen on the floor and my window pushed open. As of today, June 22, 2016 nothing in my apartment has been fixed or replaced. On June 1, 2016 my air conditioner quit working. I called the after hours emergency maintenance. No on... read more
Willow springs My apartments complex is really bad. The mangment does not have a good set of maintance men. they don't have outside lights at night time and they have no security like they should or like I was told during the day and at night.
