We usually have a great time when we go there but at check in, they had our reservation as a small 3 bedroom, when we had a 3 bedroom, OCEAN front picked out. Had to prove we had it, then the room we go to smells highly of paint fumes. the latex paint was tacky in places. none of the tv's were hooked up, the vent to the dryer is crushed and did not dry properly. there was no light bulbs in any of the bed side lamps, dust on top of everything. one of the can lights was hanging out of the kitchen ceiling. the toilet in the mas... read more
Awesome resort but don’t go right now. Date is June 21st 2020 and all summer long if you go to this resort for 7 days or less you can only use the pool once for only an hour. Not once per day. I mean literally only once for that time period. If you go for 14 days they’ll only let you use it twice for that time period. Now if your ok with that have at it. But my family we love swimming and that’s a big part of the trip and vacation . We definitely are not going to spend over a thousand dollars on a resort and only get to use ... read more

It was a great stay we had a great time. The temperature of the pool and jacuzzi was perfect. However, they need to find a fix for the swing set really bad squeaking when someone was swinging. Would rather be listening to the ocean! Also make the time shorter for buying in it took us three hours!
