We are having the best time. This place is amazing. I would recommend this beautiful place to everybody. We will be back.
We have been there twice now as guests and its ok. I would never buy a time share here however. The beds are hard, the couches are uncomfortable and the decor is ugly. What is up with the obnoxious shell directly in the view of the ocean? The location is rather nice. So if you're there and the weather is good and you don't have to stay in the hotel, then it's just great.

What an amazing time I've had celebrating my 67th birthday at the WorkdMark at Seaside. The staff has been ultra awesome and made sure our stay was eoic. We ALWAYS have a terrific time here. All WorldMark resorts are all great...but this one is my favorite resort.
Beautiful facility. I stayed in one in California and Seaside was hands down awesome. Wish d we had time to stay longer. Handhold in bathtub had some hair behind it. And would recommend making rooms above activity center no smoking balconies. Every time we walked from parking garage to activity center smelled heavily of cigarettes. As well as cigarette butts in the ground. Although that is not the resorts fault. Otherwise great time. Wished some of the stuff in the activity center was free.
The penthouse is so nice 👍 It's all good , we have everything we need We checked in at 3 an they called us at noon To let us know it was ready.
This is one of our favorite resorts. I am here with four teenagers and two pre-teens and they are having a blast. Great fun for the family.
Been an owner for a long time. Have never been disappointed. Have always been treated with great respect and consideration by staff. Have never found facilities "less than" my expectations. Seaside rates with the best.
kitchen and deck too small. Don't believe a word they say when trying to coax you to going to one of their presentations. Its all just a scam to get you to attend.
