Ms. Klause is a wonderful therapist to my child. She understands child development and how to work with children. I highly recommend her. Klause actually moved to this current location from another location (that is where my daughter was seeing her) and my daughter decided to continue to work with her (even though we are 40minutes away ) . It is worth the drive

Very happy with my therapist Rachelle, but sadly the staff lacks quite a bit when it comes to customer service. I talked to three of them consecutively, none of them understood the issue and all three couldn’t wait to hang up. I had spaced out about my appointment day thinking it was Monday but it was actually a Tuesday. So I called to see if I can push the appointment for later on that day, it wasn’t possible but was very quickly reminded of the 50 dollars fee. Kerry L-N is an amazingly compassionate therapist.
I guess go here if you have no other choice. I wouldn’t though, the company is only in it for a profit. Therapists don’t advocate for their patients, it’s very transactional. I’m going to take my chances with the VA I guess, even they were better than this.
