A very unpleasant is I moved in Residenz at may, after that we found water in the dishwasher(I upload the photo), and sometimes the water in the dishwasher will leak out. that's why I put a plastic bowl under the dishwasher. we email the office at June 25?No response, no one came to our house to repair.Today is September 21st?the photo was taken today. This is a good place to live. I love the Fraze being closeby for great walks and summer music and festivals. I appreciate the greenery surrounding my building. The pool is a great place to relax. The manager and maintenance people are pleasant and responsive to our (tenants) needs and requests. My neighbors are usually quiet and easy to live with. The managers/owners of this apartment complex try to maintain the property so that it is clean and the grass and landscaping is kept tidy. In the winter they clear the snow quickly... read more
The Residenz has been the best community I could have ever asked for. Close enough to any highway for convenience. but in enough not to be bothered by the hussle bussle of traffic. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. I have been very cozy here for a few years now, and don't have any plans to move away. Thank You for providing a wonderful location inside Lincoln park as well as a safe environment. And who can argue with Pet Friendly living!! I would truly recommend The Residenz as a wonderful place to call home.
