It’s the construction project that never ends! Lobby (although beautiful) still not consistently open. Half of the condominiums will never be sold, horrific views and layout and over priced. One unit actually has a terrace that’s literally 5 feet away from the roof of an adjoining church.
Having spent several Summers in Saratoga, we were very excited to see the addition of condos to the Adelphi. We immediately put our names on the waiting list to attend the “The Residences at The Adelphi VIP Bruch”. We were sold immediately and delighted to be one of the first owners.
