My wife and I recently purchased a unit at The Residences at the Adelphia Hotel. We love our condo, the building, the amenities and the location. All of the people we met during the "purchasing phase" were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. At the top of the list is Shannon McCarthy who is marketing the condos. Shannon is a "Super Star" (my wife's words)! She knows everything about the building, the different condos (layouts, views, etc.) and Saratoga Springs. Exceptional experience.
Cheaped out everywhere possible. Gym equipment is kid-sized, wobbly, and not even secured to the floor. Handles on the game room equipment just fall off if you touch them. Staff is great, decision-makers are not. Previous reviews are correct - falsely advertise services and amenities that aren't available, construction never ends, and common spaces are rarely available. For a couple million you can go anywhere else in the area, save yourself the headache.
promo video and brochures are lies. complete joke… dont live here. every owner in this building hates it just cant leave bad reviews so they can rent out/sell their place. hands tied, money wasted. i will be out of my condo soon best decision i ever made. you’ll see more of these reviews the more of us leave. to future owners, enjoy the noise.
