I have been having a great time living at spring Valley Apartments. Jake Van Patten who is my property’s relationship manager has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He has been supportive, cooperative, and has guided me through every step.
Been here for almost a year now and it’s been a great experience. Jake has been super helpful with stuff going on and super quick to respond to inquiries. Shoutout to the maintenance team as well for being super responsive too.
Our experience at Spring Valley was wonderful! We enjoyed comfortable living in a fabulous setting. The property management staff was always efficient and professional.
I lived at Spring Valley for 6 years. The first 4 years were wonderful. It was family owned for 3 generations and had 1 great maintenance man that had been there for over 30 years. Since Prime Management took over it has been terrible. Communication is the worst I have ever experienced and the maintenance dept. winds up making any repairs worst than before.
