Our experience at Spring Valley was wonderful! We enjoyed comfortable living in a fabulous setting. The property management staff was always efficient and professional.
I lived at Spring Valley for 6 years. The first 4 years were wonderful. It was family owned for 3 generations and had 1 great maintenance man that had been there for over 30 years. Since Prime Management took over it has been terrible. Communication is the worst I have ever experienced and the maintenance dept. winds up making any repairs worst than before. I have a long list of unbelievable screw ups they did. The one bright spot has been Ryan Mortka our latest property manager after going through at least 5 in the past cou... read more
