RecommendedI have been here almost 8 months and, frankly, I adore living here!!! I love that every apartment has a washer/dryer and especially having a 24 hour concierge! They are so kind and great security; also makes getting my packages a breeze! Additionally, I love love love my gym, billiards room, library and movie theater!
The apartments here are very nice, although some of the utilities could be updated. The only major complaint I have is that the elevators are ALWAYS breaking, and management does very little to fix them quickly. Sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes just to get downstairs in the building to check your mail.
I love living here. It's within walking distance of everything you could possibly want.
The Residences at Rodney Square is a great place to live in the downtown Wilmington area. Close to Trolley Square, the Riverfront, etc. They have a great staff and living amenities.
I have lived in here for 2 months now, and it has been good. Though there have been a few maintenance issues the staff communicates about them well and works to get things resolved quickly.
Great place to live. Maintenance has always been on point. Security guards are friendly. Bar next door. Can't complain at all
Great location if you work in the area. Love that it is updated only down side is sometimes it takes longer than expected to fix building problems. Other then that is good.
