The location is great and the staff are friendly. That’s all I can say for being good about this property and UDR (the parent company). The amenities look amazing, but to use the vast majority will require extra fees and deposits on top of the high rent. Strike one was during December, I had accidentally left my key FOB inside my apartment when I left for work. The pool was closed for 3 months and after they open, both hot tubs are broke. Is this place a joke ? I can’t not say anything.
STAY AWAY. Don't be fooled by the superficial look of these apartments like I was. My apartment has now flooded twice (both with enough water damage where the apartment was unlivable). Water was literally pouring out of my kitchen light fixtures and down my walls. Apparently, no (zero) preventative measures were taken after the first flood. They locked us out of our apartment due to their error. (We have FOBS, not Keys and they did not make my FOB accessible to our apartment) We had to wait hours late at night with our dog for "Emergency/After-Hours" assistance to come let us in. I made multiple requests to be reimbursed for a day's rent since we were locked out of a space we PAID to be in and I just keep getting ignored.
