I have lived at the Omni Residences since they opened (May 2018), but will NOT be renewing my lease. The standard of living and the quality of service residents receive is laughable. To begin, upon signing my lease I was promised free built-in closets; access to hotel amenities (including pool, gym, room service, and maid service); discounts at the hotel restaurants, bars, and stores; and various other amenities by the property manager. Five stars. You’re not going to find better views in Louisville or more a helpful property management team. The amenities are amazing, including the newly added pool table in the sky lounge. Dedicated private entrance, separate from the hotel, with a concierge at the desk 24x7. That said, you can also crossover and access all of the hotel amenities without having to go outside in the winter. It’s not just an apartment — it’s an experience. I’ve lived here for almost 6 months and haven’t had any issues
My husband and I relocated to Louisville and we decided to sign a one-year lease at the Residence at the Omni. We’d looked at other apartments in town however we loved what this apartment had to offer in comparison to others. When we moved to Louisville, I was seven months pregnant. Great leasing, maintenance and concierge staff! Issues are resolved quickly and good follow up. Plus, you cannot beat the location. With the hotel restaurants, Falls City Market and all the vendors who deliver, you would not have to leave the Building.
Management has poor communication.
Shannon and her team do an awesome job!! The Omni Residences is the best place to live in Louisville, Ky.
Such a beautiful property located in the heart of downtown!!!
