Moved to The residences at the Dockside a month ago. Love it here. The views are spectacular! 24 hr pool and gym. Staff is very attentive and friendly.
Money grab! The management keeps giving me reasons to drop the stars lol. Just an FYI before you buy a condo here, even though you pay like $1100 in HOA per month, they still charge you to call a trash hauler for items like furniture etc. I wanted to dispose off 2 barstools and they told me it would be $35 each - what????!!! Their responses are laughable. The HOA (approx $1100 per month) as well as the added special assessment fee (approx $4k per year) is kind of outrageous.
I still think the HOA as well as the added special assessment fee is kind of outrageous. But the management has been super responsive and addressed my recent concerns regarding gym cleanliness promptly.
