Update 2025: Total money grab. You don't know what you are paying for. Honestly apart from the view, there are no redeeming qualities to this building. The view deserves 5 stars, best in Philly, but I am not here just for the views. My HOA is $1010 as of Jan 2025 + there is a "Special Assessment" - which I think is close to $4000. WTAF is a special assessment? Our HOA is not enough? The gym is never clean (lots of hair all over the floor - god knows if it is pet hair of human hair because it is mostly gray), half of the time... read more
