I had a tour today which I scheduled online and it allowed me to ,when I came to the property door was locked ,it was bunch of people inside and I politely knocked on the door numerous times and they just kept looking at me so I finally seen a sign that said “admin day “ which is understandable but it would’ve been very kind and respectful to let me know to come back another day for a tour because I clearly didn’t see the sign so the courtesy of this property was a straight -0 and I love how the property looks but if the peo... read more
I use to love my neighborhood years ago until the new management took over, it feels like prison over here now, you can't have more than two visitors with cars or your visitor will get a boot on their car, the management told me my porch is not a porch nor patio, I can't have anything outside my door or will get a $75 non-refundable charge , I get charged every month for pest control and never had a pest control rep to spray in my apartment but gets billed monthly we pay for admin fee for whatever reason we pay water, trash ... read more
Extremely Unprofessional and Unethical Management I had a terrible experience with Flats on Maple Street and strongly advise others to be cautious before signing a lease here. I secured a rental unit, paid a $750 security deposit, and was scheduled to move in on December 26, 2024. Warning: Scam Landlord on Maple Street, Atlanta I strongly advise against renting from the landlord of the flat on Maple Street in Atlanta. This landlord has a history of scamming foreign interns by taking their security deposits without proper justification. Despite the fact that they no longer have any rooms available for rent, they continue to accept security deposits from unsuspecting tenants.
